Questions
- Which features are locked on the free plan?
- None. Free is the full app — every sketch tool, every feature, every export, agent mode — the same build a Pro subscriber runs. The one difference between Free and Pro is the project count: three, or as many as you like.
- Is there a free trial?
- The free plan is the trial. Three synced projects with everything unlocked, for as long as you like — no card, and no week counting down.
- If I subscribe in the app, do I have to pay again for the web?
- No. One subscription is one account: buy it on the iPad and you are Pro in the browser, buy it in the browser and you are Pro on the Mac.
- What happens to my projects if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; after that everything stays readable and downloadable, and anything over the free cap simply stops syncing until you make room or resubscribe.
- Why is the annual so much cheaper?
- Because it is the plan we would rather you were on. The annual works out at about $8.33 a month — five months free against paying monthly.
- Where do I cancel?
- Wherever you bought it. A purchase made in the app is managed in your App Store account settings; one made in the browser has a billing portal in Settings ⟩ Zenve3D Pro.
- Is agent mode really free?
- Yes, at every tier. The engine runs on your machine, so it costs us nothing to serve — the `zenve3d-mcp` wheel and the web Script panel are open to a free account.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your region adds. Buying inside the iPad or Mac app costs the same and covers the browser too.
